Please note that we now operate from a single location. All previous office locations have been merged, and we are now exclusively located at 15 Facility Drive, Clyde, NC. This consolidation allows us to serve you more efficiently and consistently from one centralized office.

Appointments
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Patient Financial Coordinator in the Lower Office for details. We are happy to file insurance, but you will be responsible to make sure we are in-network.
