An exciting new enhancement for our After Hours On-Call service!

Any time our office is closed you can now contact PRN Nursing by clicking the link below. This will allow you the ability to bypass the answering service by phone and put your concerns and callback information directly into their nurse’s queue, utilizing a new self-service tool.

Simply click on the URL link or copy and paste into your browser search bar. Screens will open asking for basic information: Name, DOB, is this an emergency, reason for calling, contact information etc. Once your information is submitted correctly, you will receive a confirmation and a reference number. The information goes directly into the queue for the nurse to access. You can also save or bookmark the URL to have easy access the next time you need to speak with the after-hours nurse.
